PC maker Dell launched the Inspiron 546, a new model of desktop. The system represents a low-end option, with a basic configuration includes an AMD Sempron 2.3GHz, 2GB DDR2 RAM and integrated ATI for $ 269. This option does not include default monitor, but allows buyers to choose one of eight different colors to the front of casing, at an additional cost.

Three configurations of other options include a variety of screen sizes, and large hard drives, more RAM and an upgrade to an Athlon or a Phenom processor. A measurement system may include a high-end Phenom Quad Core 2.4 GHz, 8 GB of DDR2 RAM and a 1TB hard drive Monitor options that range in size 20-24 inches.
